ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-SSC / ITI with minimum 05 years of experience in keys’ controlling in hospitality services or housing services or equivalent. Fluent in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
-The Locksmith/Key Controller is responsible for the management and maintenance of housing units keys.
-The Locksmith/Key Controller position is considered a critical position and the service provider shall grant the required approvals for hiring, replacing or covering during leave (planned and unexpected) prior to execution and during the whole term of the contract.
-The minimum requirements are: Ability to replace/duplicate keys. Ability to maintain units keys and key locks. Manages all keys’ operations including, but not limited to, issuing keys for resident and services as well as returning keys from check-outs and services.
-Plans the keys’ issues and records the files of the lost keys.
-Keeping track and implementation of the Lost & Found procedures., Reports incidents to the Housing Manager directly.
