ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
Urgently required for a leading Construction Company involved in Oil & Gas Projects in Saudi Arabia.
Qualification
Degree in Transportation or a related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in related field.
Skills
-Must be good with in written and spoken English.
-Software skills such as Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, and SAP highly preferred.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Interpersonal skills and relationship building
Duties and Responsibilities
-Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation from Operation.
-Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver logs, drivers, trip reports and invoices.
-Provide transportation to company employee to travel to their job sites, arrange pick up and drop off employee as per the requirements.
-Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization.
-Perform in collaboration with Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Manager s instructions and relay to transport personnel.
-Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way for operation.
-Ensure correct estimates in transport planning system.
-Meet on time delivery (OTD) requirements and follow-on discrepancies with Operation and the services requested by other departments.
-Ensure to address safety instructions to all transport personnel before doing their respective Jobs.
-Follow up, track in maintenance team the job order request status and give feedback to Supervisor and Transport Manager.
-Handling Transport Petty Cash and invoices related to transport.
-Maintain and monitor the expiry date of Vehicles license, Operation Cards, Third Party sticker, Preventive Maintenance sticker and insurance of vehicles and equipment.
-Receive Traffic violation report and provide user details to PR Department, finance Department and HR Department.
-Prepare the breakdown status on site, if any equipment is breakdown, then at the same time report to Maintenance Department and issue Job Order Request.
-Record driver concerns along with policy violations and direct main issues to Transport Supervisor and Transport Manager.
