1. Repair defective white goods items (ex. Refrigerators, washing machines, Air Condition, cookers etc) according to the working instructions for both home service and technical center repairs.
2. Re-install defective items at customer s place after repair.
3. Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.
4. Control the consumption of spare parts.
5. Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
6. Responsible for product handling while pulling out / delivery to customer s place.
7. Prepare home visit report for all the executed visits.
8. Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
9. Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Technical Center Head.
10. Collect money from customers for chargeable cases and submit them at the point of sales.
11. Daily update the system for the work done.
12. Manage and supervise the sub-contractor performance in his city.
13. Assure the implementation of the services SOPs in his daily activities
14. Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work
