Role:
Responsible for participating in providing support for various assigned studies, reviews and evaluation and implementation of program wide policies, procedures, system and processes
Responsibilities:
•Conducts studies, analysis, and evaluations of various program systems, methods, facility and manpower utilization, and other activities as directed by the Manager, Planning & Evaluation; prepares reports and makes recommendations pertaining to subject studies and evaluations.
•Assists in the collection, review and incorporation of data in the development of Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) and 5 Year Plans.
•Provides liaison and support to each Division regarding plans and procedures used in development of the AIP; makes recommendations as appropriate.
•Participates in RFP reviews, coordinates with other affected organizations, and assists in the evaluation of RFP content and purpose; makes recommendations as appropriate.
•Under the guidance of the Manager, Planning & Evaluation Section, established and maintains the Master data base of contract descriptions and scopes of work; performs periodic reviews and effects updates as required.
•Coordinates with the Principal Scheduler to establish required production schedules.
•Performs fiscal planning, and statistical studies as directed by the Manager, Planning and Evaluation.
•Evaluates economic feasibilities of new industrial and community projects based on the budget, revenues, expenditure and other costs of the city government.
•Prepares forecasts of the city s utility and facility requirements.
Qualifications:
•Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Urban Planning with (4) years of experience in urban planning field.
•Autodesk CAD and Civil 3D proficiency required.
