Instrumentation engineers must know the operations of various instrumentation units in an organization.
They are supposed to advise the company when it comes to following safety norms and have knowledge of shutting down if it is lacking in safety.
Urgent maintenance and repair work of instrumentation under certain situations and circumstances.
Ability to use instruments according to industry norms.
Knowledge of designing instruments and techniques of engineering.
The principles and practices related to instruments and technical equipments.
Analyzing maps, reports, drawings and tests for preparing work reports.
المهارات
A.Qualification:
Minimum BSc/B Tech in Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, and any relevant fields or related streams.
B. Experience:
6 years minimum in Installation, trouble shooting, maintenance of analytical instruments including major of the below instruments
GC-MS/FID/ECD/TCD
TOC analyzer
ICP - MS/OES/AES [ Perkin/DANI/HORIBA/ etc
Metro Titrators including KF
XRD
XRF
IC - Dionex
Visco meter
Density meter
NIR -Bruker
Fluo Imager
Salt in crude
FTIR
Pour Point analyzer
Flash point analyzer
Oil centrifuges
TLC - FID instruments
Beckman coulter
Oil testing instruments
C. Other Requirements:
Training certificate from OEM
Background in quality documentation
Certificates for IT
Good communication
Candidates based in Saudi Arabia only.
