Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Promotes the company’s products to the existing customers.
Attracts new customers on a monthly basis.
Acknowledges all needed information related to our products to provide a full explanation to our customers.
Receives and collect customer’s purchase requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services provided.
Ongoing communication with the customer to provide best customer service and to deliver the products in its best way.
Covers all customers’ geographical area.
Collect Dues Company and follow up the customer’s debt.
Provides regular reports on market competition in terms of prices, promotions, new products and advertising, or when our customers stop purchasing from our products.
Solves customer problems and submits the daily reports to supervisor and raises unsolved problem to direct manager.
Ensure our products availability, with the merchandisers’ cooperation.
Ensure that all orders in the list has delivered to its customers.
Perform other duties-related to job assigned.
المهارات
• The ability to use the computer.
• The possibility of working on direct selling devices (Hand Held).
• The ability to drive a car (tank - Jumbo NKR - the Diana)
• The ability to maintain the car and avoid damages resulting from negligence or complacency.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• the skill of communicating with others in Arabic
• The ability to communicate with others in English.
• The ability to solve problems.
• Proficiency in dealing with the accounts.
• Skill of persuasion.
• The ability to understand the personality’s patterns and the delivery of information commensurate with the intellectual level.
• High skills to express and negotiate and win customers.
• High skills in preparing sales reports.
• Full knowledge of all the promotions.
• Self-development ability.
• The ability to collect dues from clients.
