MEP Engineer
Job Location: Khobar
Job Description :
To design the MEP services (AC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) required for our sites.
Prepare the MEP Coordination drawings to meet the requirements as per the Architectural drawings.
Take out the quantities from the drawings for all MEP works and help in procurement for these items.
Prepare the subcontract clauses for MEP works and monitor and control the subcontractors.
Follow the drawings, BOQ and Specs to execute the works. Suggest solution for any interface at site.
Check the quality and quantity of the completed works. Review and finalize the subcontractor s invoices.
Guide and control the Foreman and workers and coordinate with MEP team and finishing team during the works.
Overall responsible to complete the MEP works within time schedule and budget.
Requirements:
Need experience
Need transferable Iqama.
