Coordinate visa processes; online application and submission to immigration/ labor offices
Facilitate visa renewals
Administrate government portals & websites
Generating and renewing official certifications from Saudi authorities
Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates to ensure documents are up-to-date.
Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to issue business visits
Arrange attestation of employee qualifications as required
Maintain the list of all employees along with their Iqama details and communicate with the concerned person for the Iqama renewal .
Familiar with administrative side
Guide and assist employees in renewing Iqama’s for their immediate dependents and provide them necessary information regarding visa details and requirement of documents.
Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
Provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments.
Provide continuous update in regards to the developing the visa process and facilitating with the governmental departments
المهارات
Understanding of Labor laws is a must.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
Computer literate with knowledge of working with MS Office Products.
Strong organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good relationship in all Government departments in KSA.
Experts in all type of visa processing, Iqama renewal and passport renewal process.
