Duties and Responsibilities
Required to work on various shifts as assigned by the Foreman or the Supervisor.
Perform PPM and corrective maintenance on all plumbing fixtures and piping systems anywhere on the site.
Install all types of new plumbing fixtures throughout the site. These include but not limited to; faucets, sinks, toilets, bidets, showers, bathtubs, hoses and other similar devices.
Unblock drainage for all plumbing fixtures.
Make all necessary repairs, replacements and perform new piping replacements as required. These may be within the buildings or outside.
Analyze material required for jobs and to withdraw them from the stores, or advise the Foreman if they are not available.
Carry with him at all times the necessary tools to perform his jobs. He must also advice his Foreman when he requires tools that are not in stock.
Perform bracing and welding jobs on piping systems and any equipment installed on the piping system.
Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures including safety procedures, which are enforced at PSMCHS.
Respond to all emergency situations while on shift and when called-in after his shift at any time
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his

Have held a similar position with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in industrial, or residential plumbing. Construction plumbing would be desirable.
Must be fully capable of performing corrective and preventive maintenance on all types of plumbing fixtures and pipelines for all services.
Should have good knowledge of all types of plumbing fixtures such as; faucets, sinks, toilets, bidets, etc. Knowledge of piping systems.
Should also have good knowledge of drainage systems both above and below ground, including roof top drainage systems.
