Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare feasibility study for new projects in his own.
Prepare design drawings, estimates and specifications in his own discipline.
Revise drawings to reflect the new work that has been carried out.
Monitor the progress of new projects.
Assist engineering staff in obtaining drawings and other technical materials.
Follow-up material purchase requisitions.
Prepare and install signs on doors, mailboxes, telephones, door entrance for all buildings.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realms of his knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
Minimum of four (4) years proven experience in drawing office that involved in preparing electrical, mechanical design drawings and specifications.
Some architectural knowledge is desirable.
Capable of working on the drawing board.
Ability to effectively work in a team environment
Flexible approach when working with team.
Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with concerned departments.
Have got good time management skills and ability to cope with several projects at a time.
