الوصف الوظيفي -Prepare and deliver all teaching materials, including notes, hand-outs, references, tapes and slides. -Assist senior staff in the preparation and review of course curricula. -Supervise and/or invigilate mid-semester and end-of-semester examinations. -Prepare and assess all homework, class laboratory tests and exercises and examinations. -Maintain proper records of all assessments and provide such information as may be required by the head, including the preparation of student progress reports. -Keep a record of student attendance at all classes, in accordance with current College Policies. -Maintain high standards of student discipline in all classes. -To liaise with the Laboratory Superintendent regarding provisioning for laboratory classes. -Maintain safety in laboratory and clinical sessions and to warn senior College staff of any new hazards. -Prepare necessary reports for the accreditation process. -Participate in scholarly activities of the College. -Attend departmental meetings and participate fully in all department activities. -Assist in the induction of new students and to participate in the student tutor systems. -Be active in research and community service. -Prepare necessary reports for the accreditation process. -Keep updated in his field of specialty and participate in the development of his specialty. -Deliver the latest knowledge in the same field and recommend to the department council to change or update the curriculum after liaising with the department Chair. -Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities. المهارات -Respect department confidentiality code of practice. -Ability to prioritize workload on a daily/weekly basis and meet deadlines. -Ability to work independently without direct supervision. -Ability to teach in the English language.
