الوصف الوظيفي Instrument Engineer Initiate/conduct special studies for improving refinery and petrochemical facilities or operations, and provide specialized technical/consulting service in engineering fields, in accordance with procedures and in compliance with quality standards, to optimize operations. المهارات 1. BS or Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering (Electrical Engineering with major in Electronics) or related field from reputable universities. 2. Certifications, such as Professional Engineer, Certified Professional is desirable. 3. Min 5 up to 20 years’ experience (depending on the grade code and more than 12 years is preferred) in Instrument Engineering, preferably in oil & petrochemical industry. 4. Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, calculation methods, and design details related to field instruments. 5. Working knowledge of economic principles, engineering codes, standards, and specifications. 6. Strong experience with commissioning, troubleshooting and instrument design / type selection with an EPC contractor and moved later to a plant operating environment. 7.
