Welcome the guests with a smile and personalized greetings. In doing so, it is important that you know the name of the guests especially the valued club members.
Never say no as a first response to a guest request and be able to offer alternative should an item requested be unavailable.
Take all opportunities to help our guests with their choices with your personal recommendations, so we can tailor their dining experience to them.
Engage with your guests and your colleagues by being present when you are at work, having fun with them and focusing on our goals.
Offer help and assistance to all colleagues when they need it to make sure that we achieve our goals.
Thank every guest and bid them farewell, so they return to us again.
المهارات
Essential: Higher Secondary School and minimum 1-year experience as a Waiter/Waitress or of similar role in a 5 star hotel, restaurant. Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
