The development, upon completion, will feature an array of world-class cultural, entertainment, retail, hospitality, educational, office and residential areas including more than 20 cultural attractions, more than 20 hotels and over 100 places to dine.
We are seeking a Development Director to lead on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to design development, construction procurement, budget management, forecasting needs, reporting, and programming of a board range of assets (public buildings, mosques, visitor centers, municipal buildings, transport infrastructure, public realm etc) that will support the wide Hospitality, Retail and Commercial Assets.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Development for Masterplaning and Site Wide Infrastructure. The development team is supported by an internal design and project management team, who are in turn supported by a variety of international architectural consultants and project management firms.
The team is made up of primarily western expat development, design and project management experts who have worked internationally on world class high value masterplans.
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate the following experience:
• Solid track record of driving development from initial feasibility studies through to operation of a variety of built assets.
• Extensive experience of acting as the investors development director
• Experience of build to hold assets
• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate or relevant discipline essential (for visa purposes)
• First class stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Availability to be based full time in Riyadh
