Job Accountabilities
The post holder is responsible for:
• Delivering Naval Specialty Training curriculum (including relevant elements of Basic Skills Training), and in particular Information System Technician specific elements.
• Supporting invigilation activities for assessments.
• Supporting remedial training activities.
• Writing assessment materials.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of courseware materials and media.
• Writing student reports as required, to meet customer requirements.
• The post holder will ensure the completion of any other reasonable request by their line manager, which aligns with company business.
• The post holder will be expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism.

• Complete SDT mandatory training.
Skills and Experience
Essential
• Be a graduate of an advanced military trade school or an industry equivalent.
• Have proven experience performing the role of Information System Technician.
• Hold a City & Guilds (ICT Systems and principles) qualification or equivalent.
Desirable
• Have recent instructional experience.
• Have successfully completed an approved / accredited Instructional Techniques course.
