HSE Instructors is expected to administer, teach, assess and develop training courses to meet the demands of ADC personnel.
Key Accountabilities 1
• Analyze the HSE training need and design/propose a solution to close the gap in this competency.
• Co-ordinate with the Instructors supervisor to develop course content.
• Communicate with Training staff to ensure that reporting and recording of all completed trainings.
• Prepare lesson plan, make interactive slides to be presented during the training.
• Instruct and teach the course participants through classroom lectures and/or group sessions.
• Assess, mentor and coach candidates personally using the designated assessment check list.
• Be the point of contact for candidates and Training staff
• Evaluate the progress of candidates and make recommendations to the HR and Line Management considering Candidates performance.
• Develop assessment questionnaire for all assessment.
• Keep assigned class documentation up-to-date.
• Liaise with general industry accreditation body and update training as required.
• Capture, encourage and share best practices among all rigs/office locations.
• Assist in the revamping of modules, tasks etc. associated with fixed step progression.
• Assist with coaching and development of new team members.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to ADC training needs.

Relevant Experience/ Skills Minimum
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in SAP environment a plus. And HR software, databases, and management systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and Proficient in English Language.
• Intermediate computer skills to include Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office environment.
