DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To fulfill the agreed Consultant work plan for the post. Details available on Directorate and specialty-specific basis.

To comply with published Consultant on-call rosters as agreed with the Clinical Director.

To actively participate in all Directorate clinical, education and management activities.

Through the leadership of the clinical team to actively develop and improve services.

To undertake any additional duties requested by the Clinical Director or Hospital Management.

7.2 Essential: Ability to initiate and achieve service development.

7.3 Essential: Capacity for working effectively in a multi-disciplinary and multi-national environment.
