Client is one of leading Cement Manufacturing Company in Saudi Arabia. The project is to build data marts for building the dashboards in Power BI. The source systems would be SAP MII and SAPP ECC.
JOB Role
Determine operational and strategic objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and documenting the same
Identify all the KPIs to be reported for departmental dashboards and management dashboards
Work with SAP team to identify data sources for KPIs
Work with Management team to for identifying dimensions for reporting
Provide clear documentation of the requirements for the technical team to develop the dashboards and reports
Develop test scripts and validate the requirements in test and development/test environments
Work Closely with Business team in conducting UAT and sign off of the requirements
Work as a team to make sure that minimum to no issues come in production
Prepare release notes and change management
Training the end users on reports and dashboards
Coordinate technical training
Overall communication

Key Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in Data space (Mandatory)
Must have worked in the Manufacturing Industry
Candidates should have experience of 3+ Dashboarding projects from scratch
Should have exposure to the SAP ECC and preferably in SAP MII
Must have worked in the Manufacturing Industry
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work alone at a client place with no supervision
Very good written and oral communication
Ability to create mock-up reports and dashboards
Ability to identify data elements required for KPI calculations
