Operation Specialist - Trainer

الوصف الوظيفي
*Development and enhancement of the knowledge and skills of the pilot plant’s workforce

*Development of strategic training policies, procedures and responsibilities for the operations employees

*Training materials, monitoring and tracking system development

*Field, practical, DCS training

المهارات
*Implement SHEM-04 requirements via workshops, one-on-one sessions, JQP, IDP, on-the-job training, qualification assessment and competency

*Coordinate with Training department, including scheduling, booking resources and LMS for all pilot plant staff

*Enhance knowledge level of operators, supervisors by providing refresher trainings

*Provide monthly report for IDP and JQP

*Handle MDRM activities (request new material number, extend, search)

*Conduct regular evaluations/assessment to identify areas for improvement

*Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Preferabily better to target this FTE from the affiliates PK /SHARQ / IBN ZAHR /

SK / UNITED
