الوصف الوظيفي
The main function is to supervise and manage the production operations within his assigned section to make sure that the company generates revenue. The basic guideline to do this is the Production Plan and company Business Plan. He initiates improvement programs in order to optimize available resources to meet customer requirements on order quantity, quality and lead time at a reasonable cost. He coordinates regularly with production support groups, including quality, maintenance, planning, warehouse & logistics, Human Resource and others in resolving issues and problems hampering the smooth flow of production. He recommends training for his subordinates’ skills development.

Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

Organizational and leadership abilities

Communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Problem-solving skills

High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
