Heat, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Senior Engineer is to maintain and monitor & inspect HVAC systems and / or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. He/she is applying HVAC engineering best international and Saudi practices to drive out sources of repetitive failures in HVAC (chilled water and DX units) equipment and maintenance processes. He/she will identify and control related asset reliability risks. Involved in early management for design and installation stages of projects for new assets and modification of existing assets. Involved in the implementation of all Maintenance regimes analysis and provide all the needed technical support to enhance and improve. Participate in the operation of HVAC systems (Chilled water O&M;and networking etc.-DX and split units) according to current policies and procedures. He/ she will be technical reference in case the maintenance team faced any abnormal issue in the HVAC side.
المهارات
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the HVAC field in a large-scale facilities operations and maintenance and experience in commissioning and running facility HVAC and mechanical systems.
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual environment.
· Any Facilities Management certificates is a plus
