Job Summary
To ensure that all the activities on site are planned and executed within the terms and conditions and to deliver the intermediate milestones and handover the project within stipulated time in accordance with approved project plan conforming to contract specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Report to project Manager
Providing necessary support and directions to zone Construction Managers for ensuring site progress.
Mobilization of sub-contractors at site
Managing site procurements and deliveries.
Liaison with the client, PMC and the consultant on routine basis to discuss and resolve issues pertaining to project progress.
Development and updating of site logistic plant, taking into consideration other stake holders
Ensuring that required resources for the project are well established and provided.
