الوصف الوظيفي The Ash Sharqiyah Operations & Maintenance Company (ASHOMCo) manages the three Greenfield development, Power Plants inside the Saudi Aramco Abqaiq (ABQ), Hawiyah (HGP) and Ras Tanura (RTR) Refineries and will provide them with Electrical energy and Steam for their process. The RTR & ABQ Plants will produce 360 MWs and 603 T/Hr of steam, and the HGP Plan 160MWs and 272 T/Hr of Steam. Each of the Plants are configured for two GE Gas Turbines & Generators, two single pressure HRSGs with supplementary firing, a HV Switchyard and necessary Auxiliary equipment. The plants are owned by Power Cogeneration Plant Company (PcPc), based in Al Khobar in which Saudi Aramco has 50% equity, Marubeni has 25%, JGC has 15% and the Al Jomaih Co has 10%. Job Purpose: Core Competencies 1. Thorough understanding of modern CCGT plant. 2. Good foundation and practical knowledge of power plant operations including electrical systems. 3. Power plant engineering concepts 4. Ability to operate the plant efficiently within a varying range of load conditions 5. Ability to give accurate feedback to maintenance personnel on equipment problems 6. Ability to control incidents in a range of situations 7. Ability to coordinate with gas and fuel suppliers as well as with the grid operator. 8. Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems and Safety Rules philosophy. 9. Good command of the English language and Computer literacy 10. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 11. Ability to recognize safety issues and hazards to personnel, and to act on own initiative in preventing incidents 12. Ability to work calmly in emergency situations and to recognize and attend to critical tasks 13. Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary staff 14. Seek, organize and exchange information for decision making and problem solving 15. Ability to create a climate of open communication on personal and professional issues 16. Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and activities in line with business objectives 17. Quality and environmental awareness and managing according to quality standards and procedures 18. Innovation, vision, creativity, taking initiative, problem solving and decision making 19. Ability to build effective relationships with superiors and subordinates المهارات A degree in Electrical, C&I;or Mechanical Engineering (or) Industrial, military, marine or utility training in power generation (or) Accredited Engineering Diploma will be suitable if accompanied by the relevant experience. Experience: 1. Multiple years of experience in power stations. 2. Experience preferred in CCGT, Gas Turbines and a wide range of auxiliary equipment. 3. Experience with GE Gas Turbines would be a particular advantage. 4. Experience of setting-up and / or mobilising an O&M;company in the field of power would be an advantage. 5.
