الوصف الوظيفي The Ash Sharqiyah Operations & Maintenance Company (ASHOMCo) manages the three Greenfield development, Power Plants inside the Saudi Aramco Abqaiq (ABQ), Hawiyah (HGP) and Ras Tanura (RTR) Refineries and will provide them with Electrical energy and Steam for their process. The RTR & ABQ Plants will produce 360 MWs and 603 T/Hr of steam, and the HGP Plan 160MWs and 272 T/Hr of Steam. Each of the Plants are configured for two GE Gas Turbines & Generators, two single pressure HRSGs with supplementary firing, a HV Switchyard and necessary Auxiliary equipment. The plants are owned by Power Cogeneration Plant Company (PcPc), based in Al Khobar in which Saudi Aramco has 50% equity, Marubeni has 25%, JGC has 15% and the Al Jomaih Co has 10%. Job Purpose: Core Competencies 1. Good C&I;and DCS engineering foundation and practical knowledge of how it applies to modern power plant and desalination plant technologies 2. Thorough knowledge of DCS including: DCS admin (back-ups, access rights, upgrades), fault finding, permanent software and logic changes, temporary overrides, incoming interfaces and communications (e.g. from field equipment, “black boxes”, and a variety of buses), outgoing interfaces (e.g. OPC servers, LANs, PI systems, printers), use of OEM support and hotlines. 3. Application of specialist skills such as PLC programming, etc 4. Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration of equipment within a Power Plant 5. Knowledge of contractual obligations and the need to support Operations Department in achieving availability, output and efficiency targets. 6. Power plant engineering concepts 7. Strong understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems and safety rules. 8. Appreciation of budget constraints 9. Ability to formulate and communicate strategic goals and directions 10. Ability to coordinate activities with Operations Department personnel 11. Ability to give accurate feedback on equipment problems and suggest solutions 12. Good command of the English language 13. Good planning and reporting skills 14. Good IT and interpersonal skills 15. A Working experience and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.(CMMS) 16. Ability to recognize safety issues and hazards to personnel, and to act on own initiative in preventing incidents 17. Ability to work calmly in emergency situations and to recognize and attend to critical tasks المهارات 1. An accredited degree in Electrical and / or Electronic Engineering (or): 2. An accredited degree in equivalent subject e.g. Instrumentation and Automation Engineering (or) 3. Time served Apprenticeship (or) 4. Demonstrated competence at engineering level with adequate education and training supported. . Experience: 1. Multiple years of experience in power stations. 2. Experience preferred in CCGT, Gas Turbines, and a wide range of auxiliary equipment. 3. Experience preferred in GE DCS equipment - particularly Mark 6e or earlier versions also T3000 or Tele perm XP, Emerson DCS would be an advantage. 4. Experience with Siemens GE FA/EA gas turbines 5. Experience of setting-up and / or mobilizing an O&M;company in the field of power projects would be an advantage. 6.
