JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customers
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to higher management
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, MBA in Marketing would be advantage
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 - years’ of experience in sales of RICE Product (FMCG) preferably in direct distribution channel, catering companies, food chains, hotels and restaurants etc
Should have sound market connections
