POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Talent Attraction, Brand, & Marketing team, this role provides brand, marketing and communications support to deliver a compelling employer/ recruitment branding presence in region.
The role is responsible for increasing awareness and consideration of Air Products as an employer of choice, thus creating a pipeline and enabling recruiting teams to hire the best talent. This highly collaborative role will support the mobilization of this strategy to communicate our Employment Value Proposition and a consistent message of who we are as an employer.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the articulation, management, and governance of Air Products’ comprehensive employer branding and talent attraction and marketing strategy.
Conduct local talent market research to gain insights and lead change.
Work with local recruitment teams to regionally execute and coordinate regional, business, and multichannel recruitment communications planning.
Support the development and management of enterprise wide assets such as the Careers website, employer branding style guide, social media footprint, and digital marketing strategy, leveraging the latest technological innovations.
Execute content strategy through engaging with internal leaders and employees to create content and storytelling through videos and other media to showcase employee experience Stay abreast of contemporary and innovative talent marketing trends and technologies and benchmark against industry best practices.
Collaborate with the extended Talent Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning team to
understand target talent segments, identify and the channels by which we will attract them, and
educate recruiters on employer branding.
Ensure branded materials are aligned with corporate brand standards and are authentic to Air
Products’ culture; act as brand guardian and sign off point for stakeholders, as required.
Contribute to strategic projects such as the EVP development, overall candidate experience and
onboarding.

Strong writing, proofing and critiquing skills; generate creatives concepts, write copy, video
plans/scripts, briefings etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or relevant field of study wiht minimum 7-14 years of hands-on expereince on the same
Strong experience on similar position in the relevant industry.
