• Ability to negotiate rates with carriers, agents and Brokers; relationship building ability with
parties involved.
• Continuous optimization in the process and cost management.
• Well versed with freight operations (Very Imp)
• Planning and execution of shipments.
• Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
• To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and
concise communication.
• To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.
Attend local and international meetings
• To be able to deal with overseas offices with clear communication.

• Contact and cooperate with customer / overseas agents in order to
prepare all related document for import & export shipment
• Monitoring Shipment
• TEAM PLAYER working in tandem and harmony with all the team
members in the company and all the stake holders related to the
business
• Complete job file to generate financial result of the shipment in time
line.
• Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet
customer requirement.
• To be able to deal with overseas offices with clear communication.
