● Ability to work with technical leaders and subject matter experts to identify the learning needed (gaps) for the success of the corporate digitalization program. Work with technical and business leaders to facilitate the delivery of needed learning on both ends technical and business to ensure the successful adaption of delivered projects.
● Work closely with technical and business leaders to document all business processes changes that triggered the delivery of an educational campaign/event.
● Ability to form a strong alliance with HR team to ensure smooth delivery of required learning.
● Ability to identify different needed levels of education for the success of the digitalization program. For example, identifying an introductory course that must be taken by all employees to raise awareness and understanding of business digital transformation then work closely with concerned teams to design the course material and facilitate delivery.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, HR, Software, System or a related field.
● 7+ years’ education field experience working within a global enterprise environment, preferably in petrochemicals or manufacturing.
