Education: Bachelor degree, Business Administration or engineering are preferred
- Age Group: 30 to 40 years.
- Nationality: Philippine, India
- Work Experience: minimum 6 year in the SAME field.
- Language: Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English.
- Main Qualifications:
o ISO 9001 internal auditor or lead auditor certified
o 6 sigma Green belt or Black belt certified
o Having a certificates from reputable institutes in strategic planning,
organizational excellence and quality management systems.
o Problem solving skills and ability to use problem solving tools such as 5whys,
8D, fishbone....etc.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Certified in balanced Scorecard and development of KPIs.
o Continuous improvement tools such as PDCA cycle.
o Professional user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft project.
