Job Duties
Confidently engage potential clients using proactive outbound sales call approach
Ability to independently prospect and develop clients and uncover sales opportunities
Take on the challenge of closing new business while managing a sales pipeline
Create business development marketing materials
Work under minimum guidance
Represent RPA services in industry tradeshows
Deliver new business through contract negotiations
Requirements
3+ plus years of experience in sales and business development
2+ years of experience in sales/business development in software solutions industry
Strong in verbal and written communications
Proven history of sales
Experience in CRM tools
Desired skills and qualifications:
A BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of professional outbound sales experience
Experience in software services and solutions sales is a huge plus
Advanced level of prospecting and sales experience
Experience in CRM ia a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven sales history
Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
Must be willing to travel to client locations when needed (these will be reimbursed)
