الوصف الوظيفي
Accountable for the successful execution of construction on specific construction areas from a quality, work scheduling, and effective resource utilization perspective.

Review drawings for accuracy.

Accountable for the management and performance of subcontractors on his construction site area.

Ensure that levels of quality and safety standards are up to Nesma and client standards.

Report to the Project Manager or Construction Manager on all matters pertaining to his construction site area.

Change management, identifying out of scope activities.

Reports to Project Manager or Construction Manager on construction progress for his construction site area.

Liaises with Head Office Departments involved in the execution of the project (Procurement, Engineering, Fleet Management Unit, etc.).

Interacts with the entire construction team on his construction site area on a daily basis.

Liaises with consultants / sub-contractors engaged in the project.

Interacts, when needed, with visitors on site.

Ensure Compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across activities in order to guarantee safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental behaviors.
