Monthly conduct actual site inspection to all 4 Crushers with pictures and recommend for the improvement regarding
production, 5S, safety and morale of the employees.
Conduct monthly stocks inventory for aggregates to all crushers using total station.
Monthly verification of ISO systems being done to all Crushers.
Conduct yearly before semi-annually internal audit for ISO requirements. Preparation of audit check sheets, audit
schedule and audit programme.
Collect all NCR’s and provide corrective actions to person in charge.
Monitor all documents revisions and update the existing procedures.
Update SWOT ANALYSIS and RISK ANALYSIS for possible improvement for implementation.
Monitor all instruments and apparatus that needs calibration.
Verifying all SAP systems being done for Preventive maintenance and Corrective maintenance.
Monitoring the update Quality objectives and Data Analysis for possible improvement.
Major participation during the construction of biggest Kifah Crushers which was located in Al Suman.
Conduct inspection and support for safety in preparation of blasting in Quarry Site.
Assist the External Auditor during surveillance / external Audit. Provide all the needed documents and coordination for
the involve person during 3 days audit.
Provide corrective actions plans and report to the external Auditor for possible NCR with actual evidence in limited
time deadline.
Monitor and update the procedures being done by QC coordinator which was based in ASTM standards.
