MBSC is seeking to hire an HR Manager/Senior Manager to be responsible for all HR functions. The successful candidate will lead efforts in recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee engagement. He/she will also be responsible for developing and executing HR plans and managing the HR budget.
We are looking for a leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a clear track record of success. The right candidate is knowledgeable on Saudi Arabian Labor Law and common HR practices in the kingdom and must have 10 years of HR management experience in a well-reputed organization ideally within the higher education sector.
