Main Responsibilities:
Sales target achievement
Distribution – SKUs target achievement
Annual business development contract renewal
Promotional activity calendars
Promotion implementation at store level
Quarterly/Monthly business reviews
Customer trading account payments
Quarterly rebate calculation and consolidation
Contract compliance – availability and visibility
Innovation listing
Account profitability

Essential:
Sales Process; Knowing a series of steps that enables a sales person to close more deals, increase margins and make more sales through referrals.
Skilled:
Customer Process Management; the skill that enables a sales person to understand the voice of the customer, increasing a firm’s competitiveness by reducing waste, building competitive advantage, and aligning different channels.
Reporting & Monitoring; Knowledge of the work process, timelines, requirements, parties involved to communicate and dissemination technical or methods. This includes alternative ways to inform via written communication or oral information.
Expert:
Business and Functional Expertise; Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Analytical Reasoning; Using a logical reasoning process to break down and work through a situation or problem or data (Numbers or text) to arrive at an outcome.
