Will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.
Type correspondence, reports official letter as required by the Environmental Management Department using both MS word and computerized word-processing/spread sheet systems
Perform administrative liaison functions between other DGs Offices and the Environmental and Sections Heads
Proof data and typewritten reports; checks for correct format, spelling, and punctuation
Photocopy, scan and store documents and make distribution as required per the Royal Commission standard procedures
Maintain contract documents by logging and listing the documents and storing them at the designated places
Attend telephone calls, accept calls and conduct calls if required.
Maintains close surveillance of in-house work and coordinates administrative support requirements as necessary
Responsible for administrative management of all communications involving receipt, control, suspending and filing.
Prepares and develops statistical reports, job status reports, and such other reports as needed by the Departments
Provides guidance to the administrative support provided by clerical personnel and office personnel.
Provides administrative support to other Departments in work related responsibilities of the Environmental Protection and Control Department.
Perform system maintenance functions including updates to documents and data integrity monitoring.
المهارات
Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in related field with at least eight (8) years of experience in administration support, secretarial works and document controlling with computer Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint presentation and data processing software.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Assignments will require a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems. Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management
