الوصف الوظيفي
· Manage warehouse inbound and outbound operations in raw material, packaging material, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts warehouses in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
· Setup warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization, and work to accommodate all the received shipments minimizing/eliminating the external storage cost.
· Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures and ensure the staff compliance to it.
· Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements, and be up to date in any new requirements from the governmental authorities.
· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
· Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
· Control the operational cost and keep it at the minimal level.
· Coach and motivate the staff to meet the organization targets.
· Raise the awareness of the staff on the GMP/GWP standards, and implement the AIB&ISO22000;requirements on the ground.
· Share daily/weekly/monthly reports for the area KPI’s and other reports that will be requested.

Educational Qualification:
University Degree.
Major: Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant degree.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in FMCG company with hands on experience in Warehouse operation management with at least 1 year in a managerial level. Strong knowledge space management and utilization.
