The cleanliness and hygiene standard in the galley and food handling areas.
The matter of hygiene is to be treated as of paramount importance.
Providing regular meals of an acceptable standard at the designated times onboard the vessel.
-Cleanliness of galley storeroom chiller and freezer.
-Providing the Master with lists of provision remaining and an up to date list of provisions required.
-Supervising the handling of provisions received to ensure that a satisfactory standard is supplied and that the most cost-effective items are ordered and received.
