Job Summary
Conduct field and safety visits according to the HSE plans and programs set by the HSE Manager.
Job Duties
· Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the HSE department goals.
· Develop the HSE project inspection plan, execute the plan and submit status reports that contribute to the project HSE excellence.
· Conduct inspection visits to examine working conditions, tools and equipment in order to ensure workers safety and recommend on non-compliant tools and machines instant replacement.
· Ensure that all workers are adhering to the health and safety standard and are provided with needed protective tools and equipment.
· Develop mechanisms to monitor and record violations related to HSE and ensure proper documentation.
· Investigate HSE incidents and injuries and submit reports clarifying the reasons and responsible individuals for them.
· Keep up to date with new legislations related to health and safety.
· Recommend on health and safety procedures needed changes, develop methods to predict possible hazards to improve compliance with HSE processes and procedures.
· Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
المهارات
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related field
Minimum Experience : 2+ years of experience in a related field
Training and Certifications : HSE, OSHA, IOSH certificates
Languages : English, Arabic
