Job Title: Sales Representative
JOB PURPOSE
Selling our products for modern trade customers and implement & follow daily activities engaged in promoting to achieve the sited sales targets. Coordinates deliveries by proper actions. Preparing sales reports. Should be able to handle customer issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve monthly targets and objectives to ensure sales at in growth.
Follow up merchandising team performance to implement planogram
Enlarge AGM market share
Handle customer issues and follow guidelines as per management direction.
Follow-up customers’ payment and reduce credit balance to be increased cash flow
Horizontal expansion and increase new customers deal
Vertical expansion for our SKUs inside customers outlets
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Cont)
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
• Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Reporting
• Prepare and submit all sales reports (daily, monthly) on time and accurately, and meet the department’s requirements and policies.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of section systems, policies, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’ in order to improve business processes, productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure team members comply with all section policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelors degree in Sales or related field is preferable
• Saudi drivering license
EXPERIENCE
• 3 years experience in supermarket & retail sales
• Intermediate in English reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office especially advance Excel required.
