* Creates 3D model based off red-lines using Autodesk Revit
* Develops 2D installation drawings and detail drawings from 3D model or sketches
* Prints Documents and helps keep drawings up to date while archiving older drawings
* Helps set up project and keeps it maintained
* QA/QC own work and work of others on the project and make sure standards are being met
* Download and upload files when needed to keep project current
* Attends clash detection meetings and other project meetings as required
* Creates rolling BIM schedule for projects and keeps them updated form actual hours worked to forecasted hours
* Works with BIM manager for strategy on the project
* Delegates work to staff when required Skill Level
* Expert Level drafter/CAD operator and modeler
* Requires minimal training on software AutoCAD & Revit and continued training on architectural shop drawings
* Can perform 3D modeling at an advanced level
* Helps maintain and develop BIM standards Requirements
