Job Description
Estern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Ras Alkhair, Ras Tanura, Alhafuf)
Responsibilities:
· Meet established annual sales targets, and schedule own activities to ensure achievement of agreed targets
· Respond to customers’ technical inquiries
· Provide price quotations for the customers as their requirements
· Follow-up with customers to ensure collection of credit payments
Customer Relationship Management
· Ensure continuous communications with customers to identify and address their current and future needs
· Identify opportunities and advise customers on the market’s offerings to increase customers’ loyalty to SPC
· Identify and address disputes with customers to ensure customer retention and protect SPC’s market positioning
Policies, Processes and Procedures
· Implement approved sales policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitor
their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business process, cost reduction and
productivity improvement
· Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
Safety, Health and Environment
· Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure
a healthy and safe work environment
· Participate in incident and accident investigations as required inline with agreed safety, health and environment
policies, procedures and controls
· Report on changes within the organization that impact relevant safety, health and environmental management
policies, procedures and controls

Qualifications - External
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience
· 1-3 years of experience
. Previous experience in automotive, Spare parts and heavy equipment industries is preferable
· Previous industry knowledge is required
· Previous customer relationship management experience is required
· Negotiation skills
· Communication skills
. all Nationalities
. preferably fluent in English
