الوصف الوظيفي
-Responsible for managing Port’s civil structures and utility aspects of activities.
-Monitoring stakeholder’s compliance with the Client’s specifications in accordance with specified guidelines and technical standards.
-Responsible for design co-ordination of civil structures and utilities. Design evaluations and Compliance in line with the Client’s specifications.
-Technically perfect, timely and cost-effective processing of civil works and compliance with contractual obligations.
-Project control and monitoring and project process planning and bid/order receipt costing.
-To ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets/time & cost, resources.
-Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor to discuss key issues related to the project.
-Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
-Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
-Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
-Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
-Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
-Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
المهارات
-Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in Civil, Geotechnical, Marine, Structural Engineering or related Degree.
-Mid level of experience with minimum 5 years of experience within acceptance, commissioning and testing Preferable experience from marine/waterfront.
-Experience within ports operation management.
-Must be able to communicate effectively in English language.
-Knowledge of computers and basic software applications: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
