2. PURPOSE
To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. Working with management and teams across the organization to support the programmes of continuous organisational performance improvement which helps the organization achieves its ambition of becoming a high performing organization.
3. KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES
• Builds and maintains productive relationships with employees and business leaders.
• Conducts regular meetings with staff and groups, providing appropriate HR guidance to solve their issues.
• Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation and encourage staff to follow them.
• Partner with leadership team (officers/directors) to determine strategies needed to drive results to promote positive work environment.
• Support smooth execution of strategies and change initiatives.
• Independently manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations for assigned cases.
• Facilitates the delivery of HR advice, consultation and support to key stakeholders.
• Provide executive coaching and organizational consulting to staff and managers to improve their individual effectiveness and the effectiveness of their organization.
• Address and resolve complex HR issues that arise directly from the business and/or through HR advices.
• Analyse the violations done by staff and develop plans to avoid them.
المهارات
Qualifications
• An HR, Psychology Degree.
Experience
• Experience of minimum 5 years in HR or Psychology consultation.
• Experience of, and commitment to, continuous organisational improvement and the ability to act as a social advisor.
Technical Skills
• Problem Solving skills.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
• Analytical skills.
Core Competencies
