• To work closely with the Nuclear Power President (reports to the Power Sector Leader) to ensure that the sales pursuits are aligned with the global Nuclear Power sub-sector strategy
• Lead the development and implementation of the regional and location sub-sector strategy to achieve sustainable and profitable growth
• Work with the business lines to support their implementation of the strategy and development of the local sector businesses
• Needs to align strategy and tactics to the Regional Business Development and other key GSM counterparts
• Act as a focal point for major strategic customers
• Support the sustained profitable operation of the sub-sector across the business lines through the development of effective commercial platforms and the monitoring of project delivery performance by the concerned Locations
• Drive business growth by supporting local and regional teams in winning new business from existing and new customers
• Develop strategic customer relationships and raise market profile of WorleyParsons with targeted industry groups through pro-active business development and by elevating local customer relationships
• Identify and support the development of specialised sector capability to match strategic business needs
Lines of Business Leaders
• Ensure close communication and liaison with each Business Line. Each business has different characteristics and, to be successful, the sector strategy and implementation must be tailored for each
Regional MD’s & Locations
• Liaise with, and assist RMD’s & Location Managers in developing & implementing the Sector strategy
• Support Locations in understanding and meeting customers expectations with respect to project delivery
• Work closely with local teams to develop BD plans & implement BD activities with the objective of winning work & growing profitable business
• Collaborate with locations to develop winning execution strategies in support of profitable business growth
• Assist Location management in strategic staff recruitment / development / retention
Sector Leaders
• Increase market coverage & opportunities for WP in general, & within the sector, collaborating closely with other sectors
