الوصف الوظيفي
1) Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved.
2) Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with engineers and contractors.
3) Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
4) Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with them.
5) Control stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
6) Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
7) Work as a part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
8) Carry out monthly valuations of work progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
9) Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.
10) Commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts.
11) Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
12) Communicate regularly with with project staff and subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place, understood and followed at all times.
13) Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable.
14) Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labor, material and sub contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.
15) Supply all relevant information to the Project Manager and or the Business Development Manager for review of at the specified intervals set.
16) Assist Project Manager or the Business Development Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

3) Have a good practical organization skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling.
4) Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities.
5) IT literate, able to use MS Office and Project, and Google Earth programs
6) Demonstrate experience in construction contracts.
7) Smart and professional appearance.
8) Good command of written and spoken English.
9) Communicator and motivator with the ability to communicate across all levels.
