- Planning, design and delivery of Training sessions for both new and existing team members
- Design and development of the training artefacts (Instructor Training Materials, Work Instructions, QRGs, Instructional Communications) - a huge part of the job.
- Working on expanding the training needs analysis and change plan and developing the detailed and comprehensive training plan.
- The role suggests many coordination activities to work with the project teams and multiple business stakeholders groups.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Passion for learning, teaching, helping others and mastering complex system functionality
- Ensure Training Quality through Service Level and Training evaluations/assessments
- Communicate with diverse audiences (e.g., employees, management, other sites, etc.) to provide information and clarification regarding training programs, actions, policies, procedures and best practices
- Review existing measurement tools, metrics and feedback to gauge the effectiveness of the training
المهارات
SAP experience required
Google Platform Experience Preferred
Training Development Experience, 5 years min, predominately in SAP
Proficient in MS Powerpoint, MS Word and MS Excel
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
Experience delivering training to large companies
Proven experience in the provision of instructor led training (face to face and virtual) using a range of instructional techniques.
