Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Fleet & Technical Superintendent’s job is to ensure that the fleet’s operations are optimized, maintenance and repair works are being done on time and in an efficient matter, and that the fleet is in compliance with both regulatory and client requirements
المهارات
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications∑ Degree in marine engineering, engineering science or equivalent *Minimum of 10 years of experience in the marine sector, with a minimum of 5 years as an Operations Superintendent or Technical Superintendent in a comparable operation*Extensive crisis management skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to act quickly and decisively*Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, and management skills*Knowledge of ISM and ISPS and other relevant codes*Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and basic software applications. ERP knowledge is a plus*Previous experience in the GCC is a plus, especially if the experience was in Saudi Arabia ∑ English fluency is required; Arabic language is a plus
