KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Resource Expectations:
-Manage the planning, execution, and implementation of assigned projects.
-Use project management processes, standards, templates and tools that support on-time, on-budget delivery of the assigned projects.
-Identify resources required for the assigned projects.
-Be available when and where the Services are required.
Resource Services
-Management of project quality, cost, and time constraints.
-Work with senior management, project sponsors and all stakeholders to ensure business requirements and objectives are clearly documented and managed throughout the life of the project.
-Negotiate with managers and leaders throughout the group to resolve conflicts arising from.
Resource Constraints.
-Use the appropriate tools, standard, and processes to ensure that CID projects are successfully planned, initiated, executed, implemented, and completed.
-Lead working sessions to develop detailed specifications, integration and process requirements, solution design documents, test cases with acceptance criteria, and appropriate production readiness deliverables.
-Manage project risk through regular quality assurance and risk reviews
-Advise the PMO, IT Delivery of risk profiles for projects and collaboratively develop risk mitigation plans with PMO, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
-Work closely with business leads and project executive sponsors to control project scope.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation activities and advise PMO of proposed changes in approach.
-Identify and manage project dependencies, tasks, and resources.
Lead the development of project plans and associated communications in compliance with the project management framework.
-Assist in the project audit process.
-Manage project budgets and minimize project costs wherever possible and practical.
-Prepare agendas, chair, and document weekly project status meetings with stakeholders and prepare required project update reports for Director and stakeholders.
-Tracks and ensures issues and action items are addressed in a timely manner
-Review and approve of project documentation and deliverables.
-Provide coaching, training, and education to staff as needed.
-Participate in work plan development and evaluation of resource requirements so that all needed specialist skills are available and optimized.
-Conform to the project management institute (PMI) code of ethics.
المهارات
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum
Experience:
6-7 years of experience working in IT network and infrastructure
Other requirements:
Master’s degree computer science or business administration.
