Responsibilities:
1- Undertake assigned Individual sales targets (unit & Values) as commitment achieve and exceed.
2- Implements best practices in property sales gained from own experience in such market to promote the RETAL reputation and values
3- Participates in process improvement and optimizing resources.
4- Ready to provide required Data and statistics to help building Clients database, and make management business decision and annual budgets
5- Conducts and channels Customers feedback and requests for Order changes and modifications
6- Receive and work to achieve set financial and quality targets for the month
7- Follow the sales plans that ware set and agreed at the beginning of each month and align them to the agreed targets to ensure that all commercial and non-commercial matrices are achieved
8- Monitors Showroom adherence to all Retal quality metrics compliance – Professional and behavioral
9- Ensure that all customers are well informed on the entire process of constriction to final hand over management by the dedicated customer care department
10- Receives call from call center and addresses queries/issues on the spot
11- Fully aware of the completion activities and ready to give comparisons and support to his clients12- Reviews and follows up major client requests
