Conditions;
• must have Two (2) year Diploma and completion of intermediate English courses. Certification on intermediate leadership courses.
• Sixteen (16) years of Refinery operational experience including 5 years in supervisory role
• Participate in identifying and executing improvement opportunities and action plans based on actual performance.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by all direct reports. Manage the budget
• allocation for the Section on an on-going basis.
• Perform periodic performance appraisals for direct reports
• Ensure the performance of various assigned responsibilities and the conduct of the staff is in
• accordance with YASREF’s policies and procedures.
• Optimize the use of available resources in carrying out the assigned responsibilities and ensure
• timely completion according to set standards.
• Identify the competencies and knowledge required for direct reports to perform their assigned
• responsibilities, and develop appropriate training plans to enhance performance.

• 1. Visit the assigned unit area(s), review performance and attend OME daily meetings. Provide OME
• team with the necessary support to maintain high level of safety performance and comply with
• health, safety and environmental standards.
• Providing support to monitor and control the process variables to meet production
• plan/specifications and operate the plant safely, reliably and efficiently.
• Respond to all process alarms and take immediate corrective actions to resolve the alarms.
• Supporting to monitor online analyzer data and review laboratory analysis to ensure meeting
• product specifications and take corrective actions as needed.
• Respond to any emergency situation in accordance with standard procedures and/or instructions
• from the Shift Supervisor.
• Provide guidance to Field Operators as necessary to meet production plan/specifications.
• Supporting to monitor and alter status of remote start/stop equipment in accordance with the
• standing orders and day-to-day instructions and control interlock status in accordance with the Company procedures.
• Report all information relating to the operation of the plant during the shift to the Shift Supervisor.
• Providing support to Identify, plan and implement work process improvement opportunities.
• Assisting to maintain a record of information such as computer operating time, problems that
• occurred, and actions taken.
• Assisting to keep all hardware such as ESD button and DCS console in good operating
• conditions.
• Providing support to perform and direct safe and efficient shutdowns and start-up of assigned
• units in accordance with the standard procedures.
• Fully comprehend and adhere to relevant safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by the Area Operations Shift Supervisor.
4-Console Operator (#Delayed Coker plant)
Conditions:
• Two (2) years Diploma in relevant field.
• Five (5) years of experience as Operator for Refining / Petrochemical Industries
